I visited the Tata Capital Finance branch at Vikhroli regarding my two-wheeler loan EMI update issue. I have already paid my last two months’ EMI, but the payments are still not updated in the system. I informed the security officer at the branch about the issue, but I did not receive any proper guidance. He was informed that the customer support officer is on leave for a month, and no one was available to assist me properly. This has been a very disappointing experience poor service ever I have seen.
