Very disappointing experience. The food quality was below expectations, and some dishes were served cold. The staff were only attentive to new customer and complete negalating existing customers.

If it were possible to rate this place below one star, I absolutely would. I placed an order on Zomato and made a very simple request—keep the food non-spicy. I didn’t leave it to chance; I clearly mentioned it multiple times in the instructions to avoid any misunderstanding. Despite that, the veg biryani I received was overly spicy and nowhere close to what I had asked for. The bigger issue, however, was how the restaurant handled it. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they chose to deny it outright and argue that the dish wasn’t spicy. There was no effort to understand the concern, no apology, and no attempt to fix the situation. When I asked to escalate the matter and speak with the owner, that request was simply refused. Hoping for a better outcome, I contacted Zomato support—but that turned out to be equally disappointing. The resolution provided was inadequate and unhelpful, which is surprising for a platform that emphasizes customer satisfaction. What’s most concerning is that this outlet carries a reputed name, yet the experience feels far below standard, almost as if it doesn’t belong to the same brand at all. To be fair, I’ve visited the Borivali Sky City Mall outlet before, and they deliver exactly what you expect—good food, polite staff, and proper service. Unfortunately, this branch is the complete opposite, showing poor service, lack of professionalism, and no regard for customer requests. Advice to others: avoid this branch entirely. It’s not worth the money or the hassle. The entire experience was disappointing, frustrating, and far from acceptable.
