I was loyal Customer of “Shunya” from past 3 years but from few months food taste has been changed I see that the owner and employees changed completely maybe this is the reason why food taste has been changed. I visited two times in 2026 and that two visit disappointed me very bad. They completely depends on ready made sauces now for example I ate their pink and red sauce pasta both was crap. Because of the sweetness in the pasta which supposed to be spicy or normal. I always ordered their fries and from past two visits fries was burned little bit because of that the taste become horrible without sauces. I ate thier momos it was my second time and thier momos is very average as per the price. So I’ll better see the good Restaurants and cafés rather than “Shunya”

My experience was very bad. It was Women’s Day and I randomly tried this outlet. We ordered a pizza, but I’m not sure if the person who took the order even listened properly. He seemed like a young boy managing the shop. It took more than 45–50 minutes for our order, while others received theirs on time. When we asked, he said the pizza was ready but got burnt, so they made a fresh one which seems big lie. The cleanliness was also very poor. There were cockroaches around our table and even on the nearby table. Overall, I would not visit again.

I ordered a Pav Bhaji and Tawa Pulao for 30+ people and to ensure we get a good taste we firstly tasted and then ordered but unfortunately the Pav Bhaji was really very spicy and was very watery (see video), additionally the Tawa Pulao also was spicy, guests at our place did not enjoy the meal at all and all kids also left the dinner plate with Bhaji n Pulao as it is. Should improve the food quality and owner should be monitoring the quality he promised when we tasted the food for bulk order.
