I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ratnaprabha Pisal. In my opinion, the doctor feels overhyped, and the consultation did not justify the high fees charged. I took my daughter for a skin issue, and instead of calmly guiding us, we were spoken to in a very harsh and judgmental tone. We were told things like “what have you done” and “you have ruined the child’s life,” which was extremely upsetting for parents who were already worried. Yes, we made a mistake by continuing a cream longer than advised, but we visited a doctor for support and solutions — not to be blamed or frightened. The conversation felt more like scolding than medical counseling. We were even told that in 40 years of experience such a case had never been seen, which honestly made me question what that experience meant for us as patients. Even when we asked simple questions, we did not receive reassuring or constructive explanations, only alarming statements. A doctor’s role is to educate and help patients recover with confidence, not to create fear. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this doctor. Professionalism, empathy, and respectful communication are just as important as years of experience. pathetic experience
