I am very disappointed with their service. A few months ago, I gave them a positive review because my facial was done very well. Based on that experience, I decided to continue with them for my face laser treatment. I have completed four sittings so far, each costing ₹2000. At the beginning, they told me my hair growth was stubborn and that 10 sittings would be required, and that I would start seeing results after 2–3 sittings. However, even after four sittings, I have seen no visible improvement at all. When I raised my concern, instead of helping, they told me that they wouldn’t be available for two months and that I could get the service done somewhere else. This is very unprofessional. I also took dandruff treatment from them earlier, which was a complete waste of money. My dandruff problem actually got worse after the treatment. Still, I gave them the benefit of doubt and continued with my laser treatment, but now I truly regret it. I have already spent around ₹12,000, and I feel completely dissatisfied with the results . I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had consulted Dr. Madhura for my skin issues atleast 6 months before my wedding. She explained everything in detail and solved all my doubts regarding the treatment. I got PRP treatment done from her and my skin has an even texture only after 2 sessions and pores has reduced. My skin is glowing and pigmentation has refuced.Shared my before and after pics too. She first try to understand the concerns of their clients and then recommend the appropriate treatment. She is very soft spoken and explains everything very nicely. Me and my husband we both got good results.she gives proper time to their clients while treating them.
