Worst experience ever. They have no value for your time. Doctor came 1 and half hour late and still took his own sweet time to start with the patients.

I had bad experience with Deepak hospital. I had back pain and I took the appointment of 7 pm. I reached hospital and had to wait for almost 1 hour. I have been requesting the reception that I am unable to sit and having pain but they kept on saying 10 mins 10 mins and finally I had to leave without treatment. This is how they don't care the timing of patient. I had seen the review of this hospital and found the same with other patients. I am not happy with the hospital. If your time is not important then you can give a chance as I did.
Even if you take an appointment and reach on or before time you will still have to wait in queue for other patients. Even when other patients arrive after you they get to go in 1st just because it's not their first visit. I reached the hospital before 9pm for an appointment fixed for 9 pm. Had to wait more than an hour and the lady at the reception would send patients who had arrived after me. Totally unprofessional behaviour.

Dr. Bhaskar Shetty is an excellent doctor. He treated my father and tried best to find the root cause of the illness which no other doctor has done so far. My father was not able to walk when he was admitted but now he is much better. Thanks to all the staff of Deepak Hospital who are always kind and supportive.
