I had gone to the store to get my macbook repaired because some liquid dropped in it and it crashed. They checked the max and told they'll keep it to check the spare parts that needed to be replaced. On submission of the mac, I gave them my password which they supposedly wrote down and they told me that a bill will be sent to my email as I don't use whatsapp which I did not receive. Once they got back to me, I told them to go forward with it. Once the job was done, I visited the shop and they asked for my password a second time. I put down the password to open the laptop and reminded them that I shared it earlier. The keyboard, one of the components that needed to be changed wasn't working properly & so as asked I left it back for them to figure them out. After the keyboard was fixed, I got the mac back. The bill that they supposedly sent on my email which I didn't receive, was sent minutes before I went to collect the mac and pay the bill. I used it for a couple of days after which it has started acting up again. I took it back and showed it to them and I got back today. I asked what the issue was with the keybiard and the girl at the counter told me that I will be informed by her senior today but there was no communication of any sort. I had to call them multiple times to follow up regarding my mac as there were no communication from there end. The entire process was unsmooth. However, they did give me a good discount on the display and and extended warranty which I really appreciate!
