The staff at St. Anne’s were caring, empathetic, and incredibly gentle with my wife and newborn every step of the way. From delivery to recovery, the team was warm, attentive, and handled my family with such tenderness. They even prayed for us- a small act that showed just how deeply they care beyond their duty. Gentle hands, kind words, and genuine empathy; St. Anne’s gave my family the best possible care. I am so happy to have gone through this miraculous journey with St. Anne’s Hospital.

Worst Experience for Pregnancy & Delivery We had a very disappointing and traumatic experience at this hospital during pregnancy delivery. Our newborn was admitted to the NICU for 2 days with the explanation that the baby had “eaten potty,” cried late, and was separated from the mother immediately after birth. During this critical time, the baby was kept away from the mother for two full days, which caused unnecessary stress and anxiety for our family. What was most concerning is that breastfeeding (mother’s milk) was not encouraged initially, despite it being essential for a newborn’s recovery. Only after Dr. Pareeniti — the only doctor who showed genuine care and responsibility — strongly insisted on mother’s milk, the pediatrician finally discharged our baby from the NICU. This raises serious questions about: Unnecessary NICU admission Poor coordination between doctors Lack of emotional support for the mother Keeping a newborn away from the mother without proper justification We are thankful to Dr. Pareeniti for her ethical approach and concern; otherwise, our baby might have stayed in NICU longer without real need. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and we would not recommend this hospital for pregnancy or delivery care. New parents deserve transparency, empathy, and medically sound decisions — sadly, we did not receive that here.
