I had a very mixed experience at this hospital. I visited the emergency department at 5:00 AM, and at that time, the staff and doctors were professional, supportive, and handled the situation very well. However, my experience on the following day (between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM) was absolutely appalling. The staff’s behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable The staff members were arguing loudly with each other, creating a chaotic environment When we politely asked if the patient could feed the baby, the staff responded with extreme rudeness, asking, "Why, haven't you fed the child before?" The staff was arguing over who should document the medication and IV administration, with one person stating, "It’s not my patient, why should I write it?" They wasted 40–45 minutes of our time, and we had to insist repeatedly before they finally did their job. At the reception, we faced further delays in getting our final bill. When my husband requested them to hurry up due to time constraints, the receptionist was incredibly rude. She used unprofessional language like "Chal hatt" (move away) and mockingly asked if we wanted free treatment. It is common sense that if someone didn’t want to pay, they wouldn't choose to visit a private hospital in the first place. It feels like the staff and doctors have no concern for the patient’s well-being. Even government hospitals offer better, more empathetic service than what I witnessed here. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of discipline and the toxic behavior of the staff.

We had the worst experience with the staff here. I humbly request the management to provide proper training to the reception staff regarding etiquette and how to behave with patients. Reception Staff Sir does not speak properly with patients and even shouts at other staff members in front of us, which feels extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. Such behavior negatively affects patients and their relatives. When a patient arrives, it is very important to first pay attention to them and inquire about their condition. Kindly give special attention to this matter. However, our experience with the night staff was very good. They calmly and respectfully explained all the information. After we complained about the morning staff, the night staff madam apologized, for which we are thankful. We sincerely request that appropriate action be taken to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future.

Our experience at Shrikrishna Hospital was truly excellent. Mayuri Madam, who was on duty at the reception during the night shift, provided very polite, helpful, and prompt service. Her pleasant nature and clear guidance made our process very smooth and quick. Additionally, the doctor’s expert guidance, calm and reassuring nature, and the attentive care given to the patient made the entire treatment process more trustworthy and satisfying.
