Kind att TPA TEAM MIRA MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL. BHAYANDAR...
Kind att TPA TEAM MIRA MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL. BHAYANDAR WEST I am extremely disappointed with the TPA service at Mira Multispeciality Hospital. A very similar issue had already happened earlier with one of my relatives, where the TPA team was repeatedly instructed nearly five times to scan and submit the doctorโs first prescription along with the required documents to the mediclaim company. Despite repeated reminders, they failed to do so, and because of their negligence, the claim was rejected. Now the exact same mistake has happened again in my motherโs case while I am currently at the hospital. The physician had clearly prescribed and documented her medical condition, but the TPA team again failed to send the doctorโs initial prescription and proper documents to the insurance company on time. Because of this negligence, a query was raised by the mediclaim company asking for additional clarification and documents. Even after the query was raised, the response from the TPA department was extremely casual. They simply said that it would take more time and that they could not process it immediately. Shockingly, they finally applied for the approval only around 5:00 PM on Saturday evening, fully aware that Sunday is a non-working day for many insurance processing departments. Due to this delay, the entire approval process has now been unnecessarily pushed ahead. This does not look like a small accidental mistake anymore. When the same negligence happens repeatedly in multiple cases, it naturally creates doubt that these delays are being done intentionally so that the hospital billing cycle increases and patients are forced to stay longer, resulting in additional financial burden. My mother is medically fit right now and ready for discharge. If the TPA team had submitted the doctorโs prescription and documents properly and on time, there would most likely have been no unnecessary query from the insurance company, and the mediclaim process would have been completed smoothly without any issue. Because of this delay, my entire travel plan is now at risk. My mother has a flight scheduled on Monday, and if discharge gets delayed until sunday afternoon, it will become extremely difficult for us to reach the airport on time. If we miss the flight, I may suffer a loss of nearly โน40,000. The question is โ who will bear this loss caused purely due to the negligence and delay from the TPA department? I am financially capable of managing this situation somehow, but I genuinely feel worried thinking about what ordinary families might go through in such situations. Many people may not have the financial strength, resources, or confidence to handle this kind of unnecessary stress and delay. Money is not everything. Hospitals and TPA teams are dealing with patients and families during emotionally difficult times. Basic responsibility, honesty, and humanity are expected. I sincerely request the concerned people to fear God and understand the impact of their actions on patients and families. As Lord Krishna teaches, every personโs time eventually comes, and whatever we do in this world must ultimately be faced and repaid here itself. We live our lives with this belief and understanding. God sees everything. ๐๐ " jay shree krishna "
