I recently visited the ISKCON Mira Road Temple and the temple itself is beautiful with a very peaceful and spiritual atmosphere. It is a wonderful place for prayer, meditation, and spending quiet time. However, I was very disappointed with the behaviour of the security staff. A place like a temple should reflect kindness, patience, and respect. Unfortunately, some security guards were using harsh language with devotees, especially elderly people, and even pushing them while managing the crowd. This kind of behaviour is not appropriate in a spiritual place where people come seeking peace. I hope the temple management looks into this matter and trains the security staff to treat devotees with more respect and compassion. The temple environment is lovely, but the behaviour of the security staff needs serious improvement.
