Its been ages that they are still not adding extra staff for the vacant corner that too especially on weekend when there is rush. The counters that are available there is always a sales guy from bajaj standing which wastes more. No trolleys...it feels like you shop for and hour and you spend half an hour in que for billing. Please think and value your customers time!!!!!!!!!!! (Some food items packets are also torn and I dont know why it has been kept for sale. Please visit dmart as theu have fast services and complete staff.

Feedback for Reliance Smart Bazaar I purchased this cloth shopping bag from the billing counter at Reliance Smart Bazaar for ₹14 today. For a bag priced at ₹14, I expected at least basic durability. However, within minutes of purchase and before even reaching home, both handles started coming off one by one, as shown in the attached photo. Customers are encouraged to buy these bags instead of plastic, but the quality should be good enough to carry groceries safely. Charging ₹14 for a bag that doesn't even last a single trip is unacceptable. Kindly improve the quality of these bags and ensure customers receive value for the price they pay.
