We had a great experience working with Leo sir and the team at Homenhance. They transformed our house into a beautiful and elegant home over the course of ~6 months—and it was absolutely worth the wait. A special thanks to Leo sir for his leadership and vision, and to Hafiza, Rashmi, and Suchi for their constant support and coordination throughout the project. Also, a big shoutout to Shoaib (electrician), Ram & Rajesh (furniture team), the false ceiling team, painters, and everyone else involved—each one contributed meaningfully to the final outcome. Like any project of this scale, there were a few minor challenges along the way. However, what really stood out was the team’s responsiveness—they were always open to feedback, quick to act, and proactive in finding alternate solutions. We especially appreciated how they kept the client’s budget in mind while suggesting practical options. Overall, we are extremely happy with how everything has turned out and are enjoying our new home every day. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Homenhance, Mira Road, and I feel it is important to share this in detail for future customers. 1. Poor Initial Responsiveness On our first visit, we met Ruchika and discussed our requirements in detail. We were promised a quotation within 2 working days. However, even after 3 days, there was no response. We had to repeatedly follow up before finally receiving the quotation. This was our first red flag — lack of commitment to timelines even at the inquiry stage. 2. Delayed Communication & Lack of Professionalism We later met the owner, Leo, who explained the quotation. We requested revisions and asked for the final version. Once again, the final quotation was sent only after multiple follow-ups. At this stage, it already felt like we were chasing the company to give them business. 3. Complete Lack of Engagement After Confirmation The most disappointing part began after we agreed to proceed with their quotation. Once we confirmed, communication drastically dropped. Emails went unanswered. An appointment was scheduled for site visit but no one turned up and there was no response to our calls on that day and no confirmation. After that , despite following up for 5–6 consecutive days, we received absolutely no response. No acknowledgment. No update. No courtesy. 4. The Final Response – A Polite Dismissal After days of silence, another girl ( i think her name was Rashmi) responded with a carefully worded message explaining that their schedules are full and suggesting we explore other options if we need quicker turnaround. This raises serious concerns: Why were we not informed earlier about schedule constraints? Why was our time wasted with meetings, discussions, and multiple quotation revisions? Why were we ignored after showing readiness to proceed? It appears that unless a project fits their preferred scale or budget, clients are simply deprioritized and left hanging without basic communication. 5. Core Issue: Disrespect for Client Time What is most unacceptable is not the delay — it is the complete lack of transparency and respect for a client’s time. If a company is not interested in a project, the professional way to handle it is to clearly communicate that upfront — not ignore emails for days and then send a diplomatic rejection.
