After many years of alcohol and drug abuse, I was persuaded by my family to get admitted in a rehab, I agreed. I was taken to Trucare by my father. I was drunk at the time of admission and remember misbehaving with the staff that was there to assist me. Despite my poor conduct, their staff was polite and assisted me the best they could. I stayed in the rehab for about 02 months. The first few days were tough, but then I got used to the routine. They have multiple sessions and activities during the day that keep the you occupied and provide a structure to the day. The counsellors (Mr. Ashish, Guruji and others) are all very knowledgeable and empathetic. They provide a great support system and help you tackle your problems from the root up. Its been 02 years since I have left the rehab and being sober has never been easier. The thought of using drugs or alcohol does'nt even cross my mind. Its like I was never an addict. I am truely thankful to my family and the team at Trucare for helping me get my life back on track. If you are someone who is struggling with addiction, this is truely the right place to be in. Gave my son's life back. Great treatment centre for those suffering from alcohol and drug addiction. You can expect a lot of one on one sessions with psychologist and the counsellors as well as group sessions. Amenities include yoga, full size gym, pool table, table tennis and other indoor games, outdoor activities like walking, cricket and volleyball. A big thank you to all who help make this treatment a success.
