I cannot state strongly enough how utterly incompetent "Mahavir courier services" is. Calling them a "delivery service" is a complete joke because actually delivering packages seems to be the one thing they are completely incapable of doing. First of all, their tracking system is nothing but a fictional story generator. I sat at home all day waiting for my package, only to get a notification saying, "Delivery attempted, customer unavailable." This is a blatant lie. No one knocked, no one rang the doorbell, and no truck ever pulled into my street. They just couldn't be bothered to do their job and decided to blame it on me.
