I Highly recommend Don't Buy it... No Manners how to talk with Customer, #Rude Behaviour,#Hygiene Issue Worst biryani ever. Look at the photos I attached - the rice is completely burnt black. The whole biryani smelled and tasted of charcoal. Paid full price for this waste of food. When we explain the biryani was burn, her reply so what some time biryani was burn... I paid 1100/- per kg literally waste of money. When I complained about it, the staff person was extremely rude and started arguing instead of apologizing. No basic customer service or respect. Unacceptable food quality and pathetic behavior. Do not waste your money here.

Today’s experience was extremely disappointing. The biryani was so spicy that we couldn’t eat it at all. It was filled with biryani masala, and the normal rice was almost missing. I ordered biryani, not a bucket full of masala. My entire family, including my daughter, was unable to eat it. We have been loyal customers and appreciated your service till now, but this experience was unacceptable. This will be my last order from you. I will not be ordering biryani from your outlet again.
