But it's quite misleading as there is nothing prime about the vehicle, it only means vehcal which might be 6-8 yrs old are considered prime and the rest are standard for which they charge extra money in the name of prime As for now I feel there was no need for me to opt for a prime vehicle cause it's as standard as any other vehicle which I have travelled before .

We arranged our trip with Sushma Travels. While most aspects of the service were good, we would like to raise a serious concern. The driver assigned to us had just completed another tour and was given only a 4-hour break before starting our journey. This is extremely unsafe. Our journey began at 11 PM, and throughout the night, the driver appeared drowsy and was dozing off while driving. This created a very dangerous situation for all passengers. Due to safety concerns, not a single passenger was able to sleep during the entire night journey. We strongly request the travel company to ensure that drivers are well-rested before assigning them to long trips, as passenger safety should be the top priority.

Hi, I’m sharing feedback regarding our Mumbai to Lonavala trip bus service. The bus condition was not good at all — it was neither clean nor spacious. The driver’s seat area was very uncomfortable, and the back seat was extremely congested with 4 people forced to sit in a cramped space. I had specifically booked a 17-seater AC bus, however we were provided with only 13 seats. Because of this mismatch and discomfort, people were not happy with the service. Kindly look into this matter and address the concern.
