I am a regular customer of Surbhi and have visited your shop many times. However, during my recent visit, I was very disappointed with the behavior of one of your staff members. I politely asked him to give me sukha chutney, papaya, and other items. He initially ignored my request and did not provide them. When I again requested him, he replied rudely saying, “Aapko sab chahiye kya, ye wo?” in an inappropriate tone. As a loyal customer, I expect respectful behavior from your staff. I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure such behavior is not repeated in the future. Please avoid keeping such staff who misbehave with customers, as it affects your shop’s reputation. I hope you will take necessary action.
