They do birds treatment for free. Had no issues to reach the place or admit the bird. The only thing I didn't like is, even after saying them a hundred tiems that I will take thr bird back to the area it belongs they told me the bird just flew away. How is that possible. It's a closed cage centre?

Because the doctor was not available during an emergency, my dog took his last breath at your clinic. I had to wait for almost 25 minutes, and there was no one present to attend to the situation. Before coming, I called and confirmed whether the doctor was available, and I was told yes. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the doctor was not there. The staff kept saying the doctor would arrive in 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, but no one actually came. I repeatedly requested help, explaining that it was an emergency, but no one was able to assist. I also did not have enough time to shift my dog to another clinic. This experience has been extremely frustrating and heartbreaking. In such situations, if no doctor is available to attend emergencies, the clinic should not give false assurance to pet owners.
