I paid ₹7000 for their so-called fast delivery service after being promised my bike would arrive within 6–7 days. I was told the normal service would take 10–12 days and cost less, which is why I chose the express option. It has now been 10 days, and I still haven’t received my bike.. Other vendors were offering much lower prices, but I trusted them because of their fast delivery promise. Completely unprofessional experience.
