Dear Mangement Team, Dr Ranjeet , Dr Sushil Pandey and I am utterly appalled by the negligence my aunt,Sujata Kadam, has faced during her stay at yourhospital since her admission on January 12, 2026, after suffering a stroke. She was in a dire condition when she arrived, yet the care she has received has been nothing short of disgraceful. My aunt, who had a knee replacement just a yearago, struggles to walk. It is absolutely unacceptable that patients in her condition are not provided with proper seating or support. Transferring her to a normal ward after her ICU stay only to have her struggle to walk and talk is infuriating! I understand recovery takes time, butthe lack of necessary equipment at your hospital is inexcusable. She was supposed to be-transferred to Pulse Hospital for an MRI onJanuary 15, yet here we are To make matters worse, breakfast was not served properly, and the nursing staff completely neglected their responsibilityto feed her. I should not have to step in to feed her lunch myself! When I visited her in the afternoon, the bed was not adjusted, leaving her struggling to sit up and eat. This is unacceptable! How can you expect apatient to manage without adequate support,especially one who has just suffered a stroke? The lack of professionalism and training among your staff is glaringly obvious, particularly with the nursing assistant. It’s infuriating to witness such disregard for basic patient care! And then there’s the ambulance situation. A wheelchair was provided for her transport to the MRI instead of a stretcher! Given her inability to walk and her knee replacement history, how could your team possibly think this was acceptable?They mishandled her during the transfer, and I am left worrying about further injury to her knee because of this negligence. This level of care is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to rectify these issues. My aunt deserves better than this!
