Excellent Travel company❤️ “Spiti Valley” This was my first trip with MATARGASHTI, and it turned out to be an incredible experience. What started as a group of strangers soon became a family, and we created countless wonderful memories together. My Spiti Valley trip had always been on my bucket list, and I am truly grateful to Team MATARGASHTI for making this dream come true. The entire journey was well-organized, enjoyable, and filled with unforgettable moments that I will cherish forever. The MATARGASHTI team was extremely supportive, caring, and attentive throughout the trip. No matter the situation, they handled everything professionally and ensured that every traveler felt comfortable and safe. Their knowledge of the destinations, local culture, and planned activities added great value to the overall experience. I would like to highlight that, The overall stay and accommodation throughout the trip were excellent. The hotels selected by the team were comfortable, clean, and offered beautiful hospitality. The breakfast and dinner arrangements were also very good, with delicious food that kept us energized throughout the journey. A special thanks to Sanket and Akshay for their patience, dedication, and friendly approach. They treated every traveler with respect, always listened to our concerns, and went the extra mile to make the trip smooth and enjoyable. "Kedarnath Trek" was one of in the bucket list which really comes trues only because of "Matargashti Travel Company" We group of 14 young and energetic friends, off from Mumbai started our journey with devotion, loyalty and trust on his almighty Lord Shiva.!! At New Delhi Station, Mr. Rudra Pratap Singh ji, a humble chauffeur was waiting for us with his Cool Force Urbania. Our Tour started with auspicious bath at Ganga Ghat and attending Ganga Aarti. Dinner and stay was superb provided by Matargashti Travel Company. Matargashti Team, Mr. Sanket, was continuously in touch with us during our trek to Kedarnath Mandir, Only because of their valuable guidance, we have successfully reached. All thanks to them..!! Accommodation, food, Service... Matargashti have proven.. No one can beat them in this area. We wish All the very best to "Matargashti Travel Company" for their future endeavors.. I recently booked a Kerala trip with Matargashti Travel Company, clearly informing them at the time of booking that we were traveling with young children and elderly parents. We explicitly mentioned that budget was not a constraint and requested comfortable, high-quality accommodations and arrangements. Unfortunately, the overall experience was highly disappointing. The only aspect that met expectations was the bus and driver, who were professional and reliable. However, all other arrangements were below average and, in some cases, unacceptable. The hotel stays, especially in Munnar and other locations, were of very poor quality—comparable to budget hotels costing around ₹1500 per night. Basic amenities such as hot water and kettles were missing in some places. Additionally, there were last-minute changes to hotel bookings without prior notice, which caused unnecessary inconvenience for our family. The most concerning experience was the houseboat stay. The hygiene standards were extremely poor, and the food quality was unacceptable. Due to these conditions, we had to leave the houseboat early in the morning, which disrupted our travel plan. When we raised these issues with the Matargashti team, they acknowledged the concerns and offered to compensate with one lunch (approximately ₹1300). However, beyond this, there has been no follow-up, response, or accountability despite multiple attempts to contact them. This reflects a lack of planning, poor service quality, and inadequate customer support. I would strongly not recommend this travel company, especially for families traveling with children or elderly members, where comfort, hygiene, and reliability are critical.
