I joined this gym at the end of March, and since second or third week of April, around 6–7 AC units have been non-functional. For nearly 80 days, members were repeatedly told that the issue would be resolved "within a week," but nothing changed. After patiently waiting and making several polite requests, I finally asked for a refund due to the lack of basic facilities. Instead of addressing my concern, the gym owner started ignoring my calls and messages. This level of customer service and management is extremely disappointing. A gym should be transparent, responsive, and committed to providing the facilities it promises.

Despite repeated complaints, the owner and trainers have shown little urgency in resolving the issue. A gym should prioritize providing a basic and comfortable workout environment, and this lack of responsiveness is unacceptable.
