Overall customer service and product offering was fine. However, the owner can be more professional in terms of communication approach. Addressing a 35 yr old customer as baccha or beta(with the other side being a 50 yr old) is kind of inappropriate. Your customer needs to be addressed as adults. Not just 35 yr old. All customers. More specifically 18+. UK has a 40yr old PM, finland had a 36 yr old PM. Imagine they being addressed like this. This is one of the places where India has a long way to go.
