My experience with Shitala Training School has been sort of amazing. My instructor aka the owner Mr.Deepak was a very chill guy, he made the learning process fun and easy and gave us the full control of the vehicle pretty soon. So I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to learn car to try learning from here.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Rude staff, arrogant drivers, zero professionalism. I told them I was a beginner โ they still didnโt teach basics. Sessions were skipped without notice. Calls ignored. Complaints went nowhere. They only started offering what was promised after wasting weeks โ and even then with conditions. They donโt care about students. Just the money.

Enrolling here turned out to be a complete waste of both time and money. The overall atmosphere felt unprofessional, unwelcoming, and money-focused rather than student-focused. I was assigned to Dharmendra, and from the beginning, his behavior was rude, arrogant, and discouraging. On day one, I clearly mentioned that I was a complete beginner. Despite that, he did not cover basic fundamentals or provide the foundational guidance a new learner requires. There were multiple occasions when the instructor simply did not show up for scheduled early morning sessions without any prior notice. Calls went unanswered, and no explanation was provided. Even after formally raising complaints, no corrective action was taken. After nearly 18 days of inconsistent sessions and repeated disagreements, I was suddenly told I could be given practice time but restricted to driving only 4 km. By then, considerable time had already been wasted, and new conditions were imposed unfairly. Eventually, another instructor was assigned for just three sessions. Unfortunately, that experience was equally disappointing. Ashok appeared uninterested, unmotivated, and unwilling to teach properly. On one occasion, despite confirming the schedule a week in advance, he failed to show up. I waited for 40 minutes trying to reach someone from the office. When he finally arrived after the session time had already passed, he refused to honor the prior agreement. He then rescheduled the session, only to change the time again right in front of me. The administrative staff, particularly the lady at the Indralok office, was equally unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, she avoided responsibility and responded rudely. Overall, the institution appears more interested in collecting fees than in actually teaching or providing quality service. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before enrolling here.

This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. The staff was rude, sexist, and money-focused. The main instructor was arrogant, didnโt teach basics despite knowing I was a beginner, and skipped sessions without notice. Promised facilities like AC were not provided. After 18 days, they suddenly imposed new restrictions. The replacement instructor was also unreliable and uninterested. Overall, they lacked accountability, professionalism, and genuine intent to teach. Definitely not worth the money.
