I had an extremely horrible and unsafe experience at this restaurant. My friend and I visited to have Chinese food, and after finishing our meal, he suddenly had a swallowing issue and urgently tried to drink water from the bottle kept on the table. Unfortunately, in that moment of panic, he didn’t realize that the bottle placed there was not water—but vinegar. This is absolutely unacceptable. Who in their right mind keeps a vinegar bottle on the table in a way that looks exactly like a water bottle? This is not just careless—it’s dangerous. When I questioned the staff about this, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, they responded with complete arrogance. The staff bluntly said, “You should have read before drinking,” which is a ridiculous thing to say in an emergency situation. There was zero empathy, zero accountability. To make matters worse, the owner got involved and started arguing aggressively instead of resolving the issue. He kept justifying that they place “sauce bottles” on the table—but that was simply not true. Only the vinegar bottle was kept, and it was misleading enough to cause this situation. The behavior of both the staff and the owner was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Not only do they lack basic customer service skills, but they also show no concern for customer safety. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.
