My husband and I have been attending Himalayan Yoga classes almost everyday for the past one month and we love it! The whole day, we feel productive, positive, and full of energy. Shailesh sir has unique teaching style. If you are looking to yoga poses for specific alignment of the body, they will go in depth to teach you. I am so glad that I found Himalayan yoga classes. We highly recommend Himalayan Yoga!😍

Me and my husband started yoga classes couple of days ago...Shailesh Sir is great teacher..Hands down the best yoga in the city. Wonderful teacher, beautiful space, and a variety of classes that are perfect for any level of experience. Highly recommend their classes, which has become one of the things I look forward to most every Day...
