I ordered shawarma, but the parcel I received was packed very poorly. It looks like, for cost-cutting, they are using cheap and unhygienic packaging. The wrapping felt like low-quality or waste material, which is a serious concern. The most disappointing part is that this was not done by a worker—the owner himself was doing this kind of unhygienic packing. This shows a lack of responsibility towards basic hygiene standards. Food packaging should be clean and safe, but this was completely unacceptable. The outlet needs to take this seriously and improve their hygiene and packaging standards immediately.

I always order from Cafe Gupshup village road.. Tastes delicious.. Without any fear will give to kids and we enjoy having chicken sherpa rice, lollipop, chicken biryani, momos, shawarmas here.. we will ask not to add artificial colours and ajinomoto as it’s allergy for kids.. They do same and provide fresh foods.. Thanks so much🙏

Wish I could give negative stars. This place is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. They charge ₹30 extra just to remove salad, even if you don’t want it. Another ₹30 just for sitting inside. Then ₹60 extra and still give hardly any chicken, and that too tasted terrible. They even switched off the fan while customers were eating. The waiter was literally eating in front of us, didn’t serve water, and spoke rudely like he was irritated to do his job. The biryani is not even biryani it’s just fried chicken thrown on plain rice. Total scam. And the worst part? The lady owner. Super rude attitude. She even shouted at me for parking my bike, while I was a paying customer. No manners, no basic courtesy. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still running. Worst food. Worst service. Worst behaviour. Never going back.
