The absolute worst hospital with highly unprofessional management. Do not trust their 4.5-star Google rating—they manipulate their reviews by offering customers a discount of ₹200 to ₹300 in exchange for a 5-star rating. ​I admitted my cat here because his leg was fractured. When I came back the next day to check on him, I found my cat unconscious. Unbelievably, they had neutered him without my consent. When I demanded an explanation, the staff casually told me, "Madam, galti se humne aapki billi ka dusri billi samajhkar kar diya" (we mixed up your cat with another one). ​Due to the immense trauma of being operated on while already suffering from a severely fractured leg, my cat passed away three days later in unbearable pain. If you love your pets, never, ever bring them here. They are reckless and irresponsible.
