Extremely disappointing experience at PVR INOX. I requested a blanket and was told by the staff that blankets are only available for recliner seats. When I mentioned that I had received one during a previous visit, the staff simply said that the rules had changed. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I could clearly see guests seated in front of me who were not in recliner seats but had been given blankets. When I pointed this out, the staff changed their response and told me where I could get one from instead. The inconsistent explanations made it seem like the staff either didn’t know the policy or were unwilling to help. Customer service should be transparent and consistent. If there is a policy, it should be applied equally to all guests. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and left a negative impression of the cinema experience.

Quite a ‘poor show’ at this location of PVR…all pun intended! The prime row seats are very uncomfortable to sit in and stained (pics attached below); which means deep cleaning is needed!Cmon PVR Cinemas! I know there is some difference between the price of a recliner seat and that of a prime row seat, but I still think we deserve quality as your customers too. PS: The housekeeping staff are doing their best to clean the trash that customers should be carrying with them to dump in the nearest dustbin 🙄🙄, but the owners of this cinema really need to think of cleaning these seats and improving their comfort, without simply thinking of their profits alone. PS: The seats look cleaner in the pics because of my camera than they actually are in person.
