Please do not buy laptop from here. I had recently bought a laptop from here and its battery got damaged. Next time when I brought it to them, they asked me to get a new battery installed and quoted the price of the battery as Rs. 2000. The members here are also not right at all. Nothing is worth buying from here. Please do not buy anything from here.

I purchased two laptops. I must agree they did give me a replacement ssd when I discovered the ssd was on 1 percent only. But both the laptop died in a 1 to 2 months time and have been pronounced irreparable due to processor gone on board. Basically my experience with them wasn't the best. I won't be buying anymore laptops. With my other vendors, I have a minimum of 15 year relationship and do note I'm a distributor and not a consumer. Jyothi and sapna did their best to help me. Thanks anyways.
