I had a very good experience with the hospital. Dr suddata waghmare sir and the team, mansi sister Supriya sister, rakhi sister priyakasister hamlata sister and staff were very caring and supportive throughout the treatment. And hospital was well managed. Special thanks to the HR team ayushi mam vidhya mam ❤️misba mam rajshree mam for their cooperation and quick support during my father’s health issue. Their kindness and professionalism made the process much easier. Thank you to everyone for the excellent care and support. 😊🙏

Very disappointed with the behaviour and attitude of the nursing staff at Balaji Hospital. During a stressful time for patients and families, basic empathy and professionalism are expected, but unfortunately the experience was completely opposite. The nurses were rude, unresponsive, and showed very little concern towards patient care. Instead of helping attendants with proper guidance, the attitude was arrogant and insensitive. Families already go through mental and emotional pressure in hospitals — such behaviour only makes the situation worse. A hospital is not just about treatment and billing; humane behaviour and respectful communication matter equally. Management seriously needs to improve staff training, accountability, and patient handling standards. Would not recommend this hospital experience based on the nursing staff attitude.

I had taken my mother for knee surgery. The doctor (Dr. Ravi Bhanushali) was very efficient and down to earth. The nursing staff was very prompt and efficient. The other staff was also very polite and helpful. Any issue was attended promptly. Great experience!
