I want to warn everyone about the PG owner, Aanchal Sone. At the time of admission, she will say that the deposit is refundable, but when you try to leave, she creates problems. The owner may claim that this review is fake, but don’t just take my word or hers. Please verify everything yourself. Visit the place, inspect properly, and then decide. Even if you give a 30-day prior notice, she starts making excuses like saying she was not informed. She is often busy making reels or going out, and then claims she did not see messages or refuses to answer calls. After that, she puts false blame on girls, making inappropriate allegations about their character, such as saying their boyfriends visit them, and even threatens to call parents. My wife, Sabba Ansari, was staying in this PG while working in Mindspace, Malad. When she changed her job location and decided to leave, the owner refused to return the deposit and instead made false accusations about her character. I strongly request all women to be cautious. Before taking admission, please check the surroundings carefully. There are many suspicious boys around the area, including the owner’s brother, who smokes outside the PG. Near Raj Bakery, there have been uncomfortable incidents where girls are inappropriately touched. The area is not safe, with people drinking and behaving irresponsibly outside. Please stay alert and think carefully before choosing this place.
