Approaching road in not so maintained. The society only has 1 and 2 bhk. Maintenance charges for anything are high and no maintenance. Almost all guards and cleaning staff are 60+. Cleaning staff is lethargic and greedy, usually ask for chai-paani for almost everything. Frequently you also need to bear foul smell all day long, so you cant open ur doors and windows. Village Road is very congested and poorly maintained. Neighbouring socities like sunbeam are somewhat better.

The location of the Lord's society is just perfect. It is slightly away from the busy and noisy village road. So it feels peaceful and also offers great connectivity. The spaces and people inside the society are also great. Security and other facilities are well maintained.
