Had a very bad experience at the clinic today,the doctor is good but the staff at the reception are very pathetic,they have no etiquette to talk and no co operation is recieved from their end and most important thing feedback is earned from the customer and not taken forcefully without consent. You put ice pack on customer's eyes and ask for their phone and then give feedback for yourself on their behalf without consent is very wrong.Hope you appoint some professional staff.
