Shocking lack of communication, terrible customer service, and management negligence on 4/6/26 ​I have visited this play area many times in the past, but my experience on June 4th, 2026, was absolutely unacceptable. ​Despite having my registered phone number and contact details in your system, the venue failed to send out any SMS or direct notification that the entire play area was booked for a private birthday party. I arrived at 6:00 PM, only to be turned away at the door. Wasting a loyal customer's time like this is incredibly disrespectful, especially considering many families travel a long distance to come to your venue. ​To make matters worse, the staff handled the situation with total indifference and dishonesty. I was explicitly told that the area would reopen to the public at 8:00 PM. However, the private party continued until 10:00 PM, meaning the staff openly lied about the timings just to get us to leave the premises. ​When I confronted the team about this, the staff acted completely dismissive, and the manager didn't even bother to come out, address the situation, or offer an apology. Instead, the staff absurdly argued that I should have been following your Instagram account to check your status updates for booking announcements. Relying on social media stories rather than directly updating registered database customers is a pathetic excuse for poor communication. ​As a regular customer, I am deeply disappointed by the total lack of management presence, the blatant dishonesty of your staff, and the dismissive attitude displayed toward paying guests. I expect a formal response from the management regarding how this is being addressed.

Nice little place for 2-4 years old. Smaller than other Play n Learn but enough for spending 1-1.5 hours. Has good staff. Supriya helped us in smooth check in
