Worst PG in Mumbai - Beware of Fraudulent Owner Most of the reviews are fraudulent and fake, as he asks new guests to write them in front of him. I stayed in this PG for three months, and the experience was horrible, especially in the last month. The ceiling started leaking multiple times, and the entire room was flooded. Despite paying in full for an AC room, the owner offered us no better solution than to sleep on the floor. That last month was a complete nightmare. After all this, the owner had the audacity to charge us an additional ₹750 and threatened to call our office if we didn't pay. He even called us and used abusive language. As for the amenities, they are all outdated. The washing machine is in terrible condition and doesn't clean clothes properly. Cooking non-veg food is not allowed. The building itself is in such poor condition that it feels like it could collapse at any moment. You'll also encounter multiple families of cockroaches and rats, making it extremely unhygienic. My only advice is to choose your accommodation carefully. 🙏🙏

Coming to the security deposit if the tenant owes any dues to the owner he will ask you to pay at the time of check out but when that owner owes any dues then he will take 2 months to clear that due amount…there are more good PGs in that location choose wisely. And the electricity is being charged on what basis even the Microsoft coder can’t de code it…
