I did eyebrows, upperlips, underarms, full hand, half legs...

I did eyebrows, upperlips, underarms, full hand, half legs waxing, and sandalwood cleanup and only face d-tan my neck was not included in the d-tan process. My clean up was done within an hour only and it felt like she was massaging with only water on my face I by myself told her to do cleanup on my neck too like don't you know that you have to add the neck too with the face while doing d-tan and cleanup. Then I asked her not to do my underarms waxing still she kept on insisting me to do it so I did it. She literally burnt my underarms they were paining for 2 days and now they have turned fully red my skin has been peeled and when I called them and told about what happened they were not even ready to accept their mistake. And my looking at her face who was doing everything felt like she doesn't want to do and the staff keep and whispering behind you and keep laughing amongst them like how unprofessional this is. And she didn't even do my eyebrows properly my skin from eyebrows was also peeled. Like horrible experience this is. I took a package of 2500 total waste of money and time.
