I had a disappointing experience with the event management company. The quality of materials used was poor, and the set appeared outdated and not well-maintained. To make matters worse, the set was not even ready on time, causing unnecessary delays. What's more, the agreed-upon articles were not provided during the event, leaving us in a difficult situation. The use of old equipment and staff led to a chaotic situation at the last moment, which was quite embarrassing. Overall, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail left me thoroughly dissatisfied with their services.
