Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this consultancy. I paid ₹1,00,000 in August 2024 for education-related services after trusting them because I previously had a positive experience with Shireen, who referred us to Mudassar after helping with my wife’s UK admission. However, Mudassar took the money for my education case, and this appears to be a scam based on my experience. The work was never done, my matter remains unresolved, and it has now been almost 2 years. Despite repeated calls and messages, the only response I keep receiving is “I will return the money,” but no refund has been made and no clear timeline is ever given. This has caused financial loss, stress, and wasted valuable time. I also have proof of payment for the amount paid. I strongly advise others to be extremely careful before paying large sums upfront without written commitments, transparency, and proper accountability. Based on my experience, I feel this is scam in name of study abroad.
