⭐ Very Poor Service Had a terrible experience with JK Travels. Booked a 15-seater tempo traveller for a short trip from Bandra to Andheri. The driver was changed at the last minute without informing us, and the replacement driver arrived late and didn’t even know the pickup or drop location. There was zero communication, no coordination, and no follow-up from their team. What should have been a simple booking turned into a frustrating experience due to their unprofessional handling. Highly disappointing service. Would not recommen

Ansari Travels & JK Agents should be awarded for the worst travel experience ever! Pay ₹12,600 for an AC sleeper Mumbai–Ujjain and enjoy a broken AC in the middle of the night, charging plug that doesn’t work, and then get dumped in Indore to arrange your own travel to Ujjain. And after all this disaster, they show their generosity by refunding just ₹1,080 out of ₹12,600. What a joke! Truly pathetic, careless, and fraudulent service. If you want to waste money and ruin your journey, this is the perfect choice.
