Extremely disappointed with my recent purchases from Metro Shoes. Out of three pairs of shoes I bought, two turned out to be complete waste of money. The first pair had such poor quality that I had to return it within just 3 days. The second pair completely broke after only 68 days of normal wear. To make matters worse, the customer service and staff behavior at the store are absolutely terrible—unhelpful and rude. Save your hard-earned money and buy from somewhere else. The product quality and service here have gone downhill.
