Dishes we had: 1. Crab Lollipop: 6/10 2. Thalis with Rice Bhakaris -a. Surmai: 10/10 -b. Pomfret: 9/10 -c. Bombil: 7/10 3. Gulab Jamun: 3/10 4. Fresh Lime Soda: 8/10 Crab Lollipop wasn't great. I have had better elsewhere. It lacked the basic crab taste and the coating too was very mild on flavor. The thalis were awesome. The fish were very fresh and tasty that it made our day. Surmai was the best. It had the best flavor, followed by Pomfret and then the Bombil. Surmai and Pomfret were rawa fry with little masala. It was just plain batter fry for the Bombil. We make better Bombil fry at home, so yeah. The rice bhakari tasted awesome when it was hot. Dry Prawns/Jhinga/Javla tasted good with the bhakari. The pomfret fish and curry was very fresh and tasty. Solkadhi was chilled, felt refreshing and tasted good. Gulab Jamun was the worst. Hard, dry and low on flavor. Restaurant is smaller compared to the one near kemps corner. Cleanliness was decent. No washrooms. Only a basin is available. No Queue when we arrived at 8pm. But a queue started building later on. Group of 4. Saturday Dinner. Mid April 2026.

Dishes we had: 1. Khubbe Wadi: 6 pieces: 8/10 2. Jumbo Crab: Half and half: Deshelled -a. Chefs Special: 10/10 -b. GSB Style: 8/10 -c. Neer dosas: 16 pieces: 7/10 3. Gulacha Kharvas: 9/10 4. Fresh Lime Soda: 10/10 Khubbe Wadi: Enjoyed the taste with lime squeezed on it, especially each time I got a clam in it. Would have preferred more clam pieces to be present in each tikki. That would have made it a 10/10. Crab was the star. Both the preparations were great. Crab pieces were more shredded in the Chefs special and it felt very smooth. There were bigger Crab pieces in the GSB style, and the pieces itself tasted so good. We specially took the Neer Dosas so that the crab taste is not lost in a chapati or bhakari or vade. But the neer dosas werent the best. We make better ones at home. Kharvas was quite decent for Rs 150. Not very sweet. Moist and an unique milky taste. Restaurant was not noisy. It was clean. Washrooms were available. Restaurant had no queue but got almost full. This restaurant has a better feel than the one at Worli. Group of 4. Saturday Dinner. Mid May 2026.
