Absolutely unacceptable experience. I am bruised, in pain, and honestly shocked at how careless and unprofessional this entire blood collection process was. The technician moved the needle around INSIDE my vein multiple times after inserting it causing severe pain through my hand and arm. My whole hand has been hurting since. I already had a visible bruise from previous blood tests and specifically told him to use the same vein but a different spot, yet he still pierced directly through the bruised area. What made this even worse was the complete lack of basic hygiene and professionalism. He was going to draw my blood without alcohol swabs and gloves until I pointed it out, which is beyond unacceptable for a basic medical procedure. On top of that, he casually threw the vials into a bag instead of storing and handling them properly, making me seriously question the safety and integrity of the samples. To end it all, he then tried to overcharge me. After paying 13,000, he said if you don’t pay me more I won’t send you the link to your results. Would strongly advise people to NOT book with NM MEDICAL

Exceptional service from start to finish. I had tight time constraints arriving from abroad on a last-minute booking, and the team at NM Medical Khar went above and beyond to accommodate me. They fast-tracked my Platinum health checkup and ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible given the circumstances. Special mention to Anu, who was outstanding. She guided me seamlessly from one test to the next, making what can otherwise be a fragmented and confusing process feel completely effortless. Her warmth, organisation and attention to detail made a real difference. When I requested my reports be delivered to my hotel at Taj Santacruz, they arranged it without any fuss — a much appreciated touch. One useful tip for anyone planning a visit: some tests are linked to the morning shift, so if you can, arrive early to get the full benefit of your package. This was entirely down to my own last-minute planning and late arrival — not a reflection of the team’s service, which was five star throughout. Highly recommend NM Medical Khar without hesitation.
