We had a truly beautiful experience at Fortis Hospital Mulund (Nest Maternity Department) for the delivery of our baby boy. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Atul Ganatra for making our entire 9-month journey smooth and stress-free. His guidance, every advice, and friendly nature gave us a lot of confidence and comfort throughout the pregnancy. We are extremely grateful for his support and care. Special thanks to Dr. Prachi for her constant care and always welcoming us with a smile. We would also like to thank Sister Sakshi and her entire nursing team for taking such great care of my wife and baby round the clock during our stay at Nest. Their dedication, support, and attention made us feel safe and cared for at all times. Thank you to everyone at Fortis Nest for making this journey so memorable and special.

We recently welcomed our baby boy at Fortis Mulund, and choosing the NEST floor was undoubtedly the best decision we made for our maternity journey. From an emergency admission at midnight to delivery and finally discharge, the care we received was reassuring, well-coordinated and genuinely patient-focused. We were under the care of Dr. Atul Ganatra, who has truly been a godsend for us. From our very first visit, we felt completely safe in his hands. Even though the hospital and his clinic - Progeny, are quite far from our home in Andheri East, we never once reconsidered our choice. His skill, confidence, reassuring support and sincere concern for his patients gave us tremendous comfort throughout the pregnancy.Something that we truly appreciate is how he ensures that all essential maternity diagnostics like ultrasounds, scans, advanced test like NIPT and other key tests—are easily accessible and far more affordable at his clinic, Progeny, compared to many other places. The Fortis NEST floor, dedicated exclusively to maternity and paediatrics, is exceptionally clean, peaceful and thoughtfully managed. A big thank you to all the resident doctors, nursing staff and even the housekeeping mausi’s who made us feel cared for every step of the way. While some of the team were new or occasionally stretched, their positive attitude and willingness to help never wavered. Among the nursing team, Sakshi was extremly helpful. Rinju and Sneha along with all other nurses were especially supportive and made those first days and nights with our newborn much easier. A warm mention also to Rekha Mausi and all other housekeeping mausi's who was always ready to help and ensured our room stayed clean and comfortable. We are extremely satisfied with our overall experience and remain grateful to Dr. Ganatra and the entire NEST team for making our son’s arrival safe, smooth and truly memorable.
