As an expat, finding reliable service providers is essential — especially when you’re paying a premium for convenience and quality. Unfortunately, my experience with Cleanovo was disappointing. The customer service was weak, communication was inconsistent, and expectations were repeatedly overpromised and underdelivered. Given the high prices, the results simply didn’t justify the cost — I could have pressed the garments better myself. If you’re new to the area and looking for dependable laundry services, I would suggest exploring alternatives. I’ve had a much more reliable experience with German Laundry.
