Horrible management of a crisis by the team with zero ownership and responsibility. First a bag which was supposed to be dry cleaned was handed over to me in a condition where the leather handles were wet. This led to peeling of the leather to which the team conveniently put on me stating it’s because of the usage. There was no clear resolution for almost a month after repeated follow ups and calls before the bag was sent to the factory for fixing which didn’t really help the case. Leather still peeling, calls still unanswered and a refund which was promised and has been denied. Lovely customer satisfaction review.
