Nowhere have I seen staff stay till midnight(way past their closing time!) to make sure all the detailed tasks are completed and making sure we are aware of everything by explaining every procedure to us and keeping it transparent. Excellent service at this branch! Nidhin really made sure we were well taken care of, showcased some interesting designs to us as well as helped expedite certain processes. Yogesh explained everything so well, no matter how long it took. Hats off to Sagar's patience in that heat! Gratitude to Akshay, narayanan as well as their manager! If you are ever planning to buy gold scheme, please do not ever join the gold scheme in this place. They pressure you into buying a scheme and when you visit to buy jewelry, they talk as if they are giving away making charges as a favor. The staff they have today don’t have any courtesy at all, lack customer skills, rigid and have such audacity to say buy a coin, making charges is less when asked for making charges discount. Their calculation is completely wrong, please beware. They claim that they are giving you discount when their calculation itself is wrong. Take out your calculator, you do the math before you agree to anything. The staff had such insensible conversation and couldn’t calculate the right amount even after going through step by step details and explaining why their number doesn’t tally. He kept saying it’s ok, we will give you for this amount. I am not sure why they are trying to con with miscalculated amount and act as if they are doing a favor when customers are overpaying for making charges. Calculation was not off by thousands but in hundreds. It’s not a lot but every penny matters when you trust someone to sell you gold and you are investing so much. I am not against Kalyan Jewelers, infact I liked their service and design until this incident. I have shopped in many branded stores and even in Kalyan jewelers in Bangalore. They all have been such great experience but not this place. I would never visit or buy anything from this place ever again.
