For the longest time, I was a big fan of the Nature’s Basket store at Inorbit Mall, so I was genuinely excited to visit the newly revamped outlet. Unfortunately, the experience was a bit disappointing. The current product assortment feels quite limited. Their deli meat selection is nowhere close to what you’ll find at Food Square or FreshPik, and I was surprised not to see even basic options like turkey slices. There were also no fresh dips available during my visit. Another concern was product freshness. For example, the Healthy Alternatives soya sticks I picked up had been manufactured in February and were due to expire within the next 45 days. I checked for a fresher batch, but none was available. The fresh cheese section also lacked customer assistance. There was no one available to guide us or offer tastings. Only after I raised the issue with an employee in a very stern way was the manager called over, who then helped us sample a few cheeses (which also wasn’t a super fresh batch,the Gouda with wild herbs) Overall, the store has great potential, but it would benefit from stronger inventory management, fresher stock rotation, a wider premium food selection, and better-trained staff who can confidently assist customers and enhance the shopping experience.

I visited Nature's Basket Worli as a genuine customer to purchase products and was looking forward to a pleasant shopping experience. During my visit, I clicked a single photo on my phone for personal use. While I understand that stores may have their own policies, the way the situation was handled left me feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and undervalued as a customer. What upset me most was not being informed about a rule, but the manner in which it was communicated. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect. Regardless of one's background, every person who walks into a store to purchase products should feel welcomed and valued. I have shared my concern with customer care because I genuinely hope no other customer has to leave feeling the way I did. A good shopping experience is not only about the products being sold but also about how customers are treated. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works towards ensuring that every customer feels respected and appreciated.

Selling Almost expired products. I took one of the products from the bandra outlet which was randomly picked up my 7 year old daughter coz she likes that yogurt and when she opened to have it she was complaining about the taste and when I saw the expiry date it was the next day i.e 21st May. Such carelessness can cause serious damage to one's health which is a serious crime. I will never ever shop again from Nature Basket again. Roadside a cheap and better as Compared to such show offs.

I had a very pathetic experience at nature‘s basket (Inorbit mall) yesterday. As soon as I entered the shop, I went to oils section and was looking for cold pressed olive oil instead of giving me the correct information about the products, 2 sales women over there were trying to be very pushy about selling me one specific brand which I didn’t find so interesting.next thing I bought a combucha In a glass bottle and I asked them to open it for me because it needed a bottle cap opener to open the cap. They broke the top edges of the glass bottle while opening up the cap and handed it over to me to drink. This is called the premium service from a premium brand!
