The promised sea view from this project is unfortunately overshadowed by a view of the nearby slum. Moreover, the mosque at the entrance means the call to prayer is heard five times a day, which some may find disruptive. It's interesting to consider how Bollywood celebrities might find living so close to a slum locality

I seeing this building since so long , since when it was getting build.. This Building is so good, and look like very luxurious, but location surrounded by building is not good. I mean around the building, people are not good who lives there.. They don't have good manner for talking. Most of the time, they use abusive language. So please make sure, you stay inside the building. thank you
